Target footless tights
… then definately check out your local Goodwill store. Part of Target’s charitable donations include merchandise that is donate directely to Goodwill Industries, most times with the tags still attatched. I’ve found everything from cosmetics to clothes to housewares brand new for insanely low prices. Target’s already great, but Goodwill is better
